We are honored to announce that OCC – One City Centre has been awarded the Silver Award in the Public Building Landscape category at the 11th CREDAWARD (China Real Estate and Design).
One City Centre, Thailand’s tallest Grade A office tower, embodies the spirit of Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS), transforming over 8,248 sq.m into a lush urban retreat. From plazas and podium gardens to stepped terraces and rooftop sanctuaries, OCC is designed not only for work, but also for art, wellness, and community. This project is not about maximizing profit, but about maximizing possibilities for people.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our client, RML – Raimon Land PLC , and the architect, SOM, whose vision and generosity made this achievement possible. Their decision to dedicate more than 70% of the site as open space for the public has allowed us to create a rare urban clearing—a place of reflection, connection, and harmony with the city. Through thoughtful design, OCC brings together landscape, architecture, and community, redefining Bangkok’s urban experience.
In addition to our achievement, we are proud to celebrate our fellow Thai landscape architects who also received awards at CREDAWARD. Together, these recognitions mark a significant moment for Thai landscape architecture, as our profession continues to gain recognition and inspire on the international stage.
