68A-76B To Kwa Wan Road in Hongkong China received LIV Hospitality Design Awards 2024 Winner
We’re grateful that one of our projects in Hong Kong has been recognized by the LIV Hospitality Design Awards, which celebrate the quality and diversity of architecture and interior design shaping the global hospitality industry today.
As the towers rise, their increasingly bold forms and colors reflect the vibrancy of a growing creative community. Artistic elements, curved lines, and a warm yet modern material palette bring the “artist-in-residence” theme to life.
Located in the heart of To Kwa Wan—a historic neighborhood known for its roots in local craftsmanship and creativity—this project reimagines urban living through the lens of an “artist’s village.” It brings together art, community, and everyday life, while addressing urgent housing needs. The development replaces a cluster of aging 60-year-old buildings with two modern 28-story residential towers, delivering 831 units across 35,507 square meters. With direct access to the new To Kwa Wan Station on the Tuen Ma Line, the project forms part of a broader urban renewal initiative and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
It’s an honor to be recognized but true success goes beyond awards.
This recognition affirms the intention and care behind our work. But for us, the real achievement lies in creating places that invite people to live fully—to connect, to belong, and to thrive.
