Living in the midst of high-rise buildings and a big city always makes us feel disconnected from nature and yearn for more green spaces. Scope Promsri is a premium low-rise condominium development in every aspect such as design, location, from its design and location to its simple yet luxurious interior decor, following the concept of “International Premium” to meet the needs of urban dwellers.
The landscape design of this project is unique and tailored to reflect the identity of its residents. It draws inspiration from the atmosphere of Cenotes, famous natural tourist attractions in Mexico popular among travelers worldwide to be a part of this project to provide residents with daily opportunities to relax and immerse themselves in nature through various parts of the project.
Cenotes are natural water-filled sinkholes formed by the dissolution of rock, often with numerous stalagmites and stalactites, and underwater caves beneath them. On the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico, many Cenotes serve as underground water reservoirs interconnected with each other. Each Cenote has its own unique characteristics which make all of them different.
Shma brings the characteristics of Cenote Dos Ojos, one of the most popular Cenotes that people often visit which is a natural sinkhole with crystal-clear water inside a cave.
It is open to the sky, allowing sunlight to filter through, and it is surrounded by lush vegetation from the deep forest. There are large stalactites that demonstrate their age and the richness of the environment.
When you enter the Scope Promsri project, you will experience the lush greenery of natural vegetation that surrounds you, with the shade of large trees providing a sense of walking through a natural tunnel. It feels as though you are entering a natural cave, leading you to the serene relaxation area within the project known as Cenotes Court. This area is designed under the concept of the ‘Monolithic Jungle’.
Cenotes Court features stone walls and a green emerald swimming pool, all covered by natural vegetation. There are open areas to allow sunlight to filter through. The pool is designed with various functions to cater to the residents’ lifestyle, including a lap pool, Jacuzzi seat, bubble jet, feature waterfall, and outdoor shower. It is surrounded by nature and has open spaces to welcome sunlight and gentle breezes, creating an ambiance reminiscent of Cenote Dos Ojos.
Additionally, there is a “Feature Planter Tree” that serves as a large and small tiered like cave structure. It helps elevate the height of trees and plants also acting as a focal point visible from within the private living spaces. The green stone wall edge of the swimming pool enhances the vibrant atmosphere within the central area. with large trees and hanging vines adorning the stone walls, creating a natural ambiance with the play of shadows and light. Whether you are inside your private room or relaxing in Cenotes Court, every element and sensory experience contributes to a sense of relaxation. It can soothe the minds of the residents, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle. Moreover, the landscape behind the project serves as a backyard garden where residents can meet and unwind in a serene atmosphere. It also provides privacy by using large trees as a screen around the perimeter walls, helping to reduce noise and block outside views.
Furthermore, If you want to change the ambiance and enjoy panoramic city views, the project has prepared a rooftop landscape area to accommodate various activities. This space includes activity decks and even highlights like a private jacuzzi surrounded by nature and lush greenery, all while offering breathtaking city views. The design of this area incorporates a Planter Design concept, and privacy is ensured through the strategic placement of plants and vegetation to create a relaxing atmosphere amidst nature. This private rooftop oasis allows residents to unwind and rejuvenate in a tranquil and private setting, enhancing the overall living experience at all times.
