Growing up surrounded by mountains and rivers, Namchai developed a fascination for nature's patterns—how water carved pathways through stone, how trees adapted to different terrains, and how sunlight shaped landscapes throughout the day. These observations planted the seeds of a design philosophy based on harmonizing with the environment rather than imposing on it.

People come to Shma campus to explore new ideas, create various possibilities, and share conversations. Beyond a traditional work space, our campus is designed to nurture people and develop a creative environment. This is a shared space that consists of a library, a material archive, a makerspace area, studios, a canteen, a workshop and seminar area, a hang out area, a plant-lab and a garden. This campus fosters collaboration among people from various generations and disciplines, creating and developing an environment where employees can work interdependently and explore new ideas.
