One City Centre stands as Thailand’s tallest Grade A office tower, a prominent landmark in Bangkok’s prime Ploen Chit CBD, an area known for its sky-high land values and dense commercial and luxury developments. Traditionally, green spaces here have been largely private and exclusive.
One City Centre embraces a new direction by strategically positioning its tower to maximize open views and seamlessly integrate public spaces. Notably, the transformation of the parking structure’s rooftop into an expansive, green public realm creates an 8,248 sqm urban oasis accessible to all.
While rooftops elsewhere may serve merely as overhead covers, we envisioned something much more meaningful. This space provides a lush 8,248 sqm where the public can reconnect with nature and take in sweeping city views. Seamlessly integrated with Bangkok’s urban fabric and skyline, One City Centre’s green space serves as a dynamic urban stage, hosting art exhibitions, live performances, and community-driven activities that enliven the cityscape.
One City Centre exemplifies harmonious urban integration where architecture, landscape, and community converge. As a LEED Gold and Fitwel-certified development, One City Centre redefines the role of green spaces in high-value urban districts, demonstrating that nature can be woven seamlessly into daily life.
