Situated in the South of Shenzhen, the project strategically aims to become a new metropolis within the surrounding neighborhood. With the potential ecological assets of Shenzhen from the mountain-scape to ocean-scape, these landscape features are reinterpreted into the landscape design to create the experience where people seamlessly blend into nature.
Shma was featured in designing the landscape of the Shenzhen Baoan Zhongdian Vanke Metropolis Sales Gallery. Landscape on the ground floor at the sales gallery part mainly includes a small part of the commercial plaza. Moveable planter and seating with co-living activity space are integrated in this area. For the sales gallery, a covered walkway for safety issues is also installed to enter the lobby of the sales gallery. At the same time, a social aspect is also considered to reflect the contemporary lifestyle in which social interactions are bound throughout landscape programming.
