The landscape design of Tara Park aims to create an innovative workplace and healthy environment for all employees, while linking benefits sustainably to surrounding community and ecology. Tara Park combines the knowledge of generating innovation and preserving nature together, creating balance between forest and water, along with physical and mental wellness to users. As a result, the project utilizes various methods – Smart Water Management, Smart Space and Smart Green.

Looking from aerial view, water bodies across the site acts as retention area, helping surrounding area and city retain rainwater and flood before releasing to public outlet. Most areas are also designed as natural ground in order to allow surface water to filtrate through soil layers into underground as aquifer recharge, thus, making all trees and plants to thrive well naturally.
